On April 16, we headed down south for the first time to Atlanta, one of the most vibrant cities in the US. Our BlockParty event was graciously hosted at the Coca-Cola Company Headquarters. Here’s what happened…

It was a day filled with engaging workshops and discussions that connected and exchanged ideas from the innovative minds in the SmartSimple community including attendees from the Department of Health and Human Services, Chick-fil-A, Georgia Power, IAESTE, and V Foundation. There was a large variety of states represented at this BlockParty as attendees flew in from different parts of the country including Washington DC, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

During the event, the Coca-Cola Company, were not only wonderful hosts but also gave a compelling presentation on SmartSimple features including SmartCards and their unique use of workflows to simplify their grants management system processes.

It’s the first time that SmartSimple has put together a BlockParty in Atlanta. It’s amazing to see clients from all over the southeast region come together to learn from each other and build those personal connections. — Claudine Ting, SmartSimple’s Marketing Specialist, Client Success

Human connection and growth always take center stage at our events. SmartSimple users got the opportunity to learn from each other. Organizations including IAESTE and Chick-Fil-A Foundation presented their SmartSimple implementations and showcased their best practices to educate to help others.
